Football season is finally back in session! With Friday football being a big event for most of the Oswego High school students, themes are considered a big deal. With that being said, after the student section themes were released this year, there was some disappointment.
About one year ago I decided to begin my Eagle Scout project, knowing that I would want to use it to make my school a better place. Something that caught my eye was how the courtyard near the math and science department was very overgrown and not in good condition.
Due to all of these various health problems involving my lungs and my body’s non-existent ability to fight infection, the “self-isolating” that everyone has talked and joked about is something that’s very real for me.
But why does a locker room even get locked in the first place? The only way anything can possibly get stolen is if someone is filled with stupidity and doesn’t lock their locker. A used lock for three dollars is not going to break the bank.
As a member of the Oswego Band program for almost a complete four years, I’d like to think that I know a thing or two about balancing fine arts classes with all the other required courses that OHS has...
