On Monday, October 30, students were informed as they arrived at OH that a pipe broke on the second floor and had flooded classrooms and parts of the first floor of the building. As students arrived, administration moved kids towards the gym and fieldhouse.
Students were confused as it might have meant that school was effectively canceled.
Yesterday at 11 a.m., police arrested the Oswego High School student responsible for writing the “kill list” in two boys’ bathrooms last month.
Threatening writing containing the first names of four individuals was found in two boys restrooms at Oswego High School on Tuesday, Sept. 25. The Oswego Police Department, with the help of the school, is investigating the situation.

Tegan, along with many other students at OHS, applied to be the keynote speaker by presenting their written speeches to several administration members.

Today, in an official statement from the Oswego Community School District 308, it was announced that Christopher Grays would fill the position of principal at Oswego High School. After recent news of current principal Mike Wayne’s retirement, effective June 30, 2020, the search quickly began for his successor.
