Almost every day, the world experiences new sneaker releases in many different styles. It seems that collaborations are the primary way a brand tries to hit the market. Now, it is not just athletes releasing sneakers, but rappers, foreign streetwear brands, fashion designers, and food companies are also jumping on the trend. These next sneakers I will discuss are just some of the many releases we have coming up for the rest of the year.

Reebok DMX Trail Shadow

When: Sometime in December

Where: Reebok and other Retailers

Price: $180

After the Reebok collaboration with Vetements, the Spike Runner 200, another Reebok designer-style sneaker with a similar look to the Balenciaga Track Trainers has been revealed. The DMX Trail Shadow is expected to be released sometime in December. With this, Reebok is bringing back the ugly sneaker trend that’s been a favorite style for many people. This release will have several colors including green/yellow, orange/blue, white/black, and all black and white. If you are into the running style of sneaker and you like to stand out, the DMX Trial Shadow is an excellent alternative to the already-mentioned Spike Runner 200 and the Balenciaga’s Track Trainers.

Jordan 11 “Bred”

When: Saturday, Dec. 14

Where: SNKRS App and other Retailers

Price: $220

The most hyped sneaker on this list is the classic Jordan 11 “Bred.” Michael Jordan wore this sneaker during his fourth NBA championship back in 1996. This shoe has been released three times: 2001, 2008, and 2012. This year’s release of this sneaker seems to be the closest look to the original sneaker from 1996 with the number “23” on the heel instead of the “45” that Jordan wore in his NBA return and during his brief time with the Birmingham Barons. Additionally, the sneaker will have original style packaging.

Nike Dunk Low x Off White “Pine Green,” “University Gold,” and “University Red”

When: Friday, Dec. 20

Where: SNKRS App and other Retailers

Price: $170

The Nike Dunk Low is having a come back with the release of the “Viotech” model, as well as the three Off White colorways to release on Dec. 20. With an affordable price starting at $170, just like previous Off White collaborations, the three colorways dropping are expected to have a significant profit up to a $1,000 after release day. The sneakers will include famous Rockford designer Abloh’s signature details such as the co-branding printed on the side and the zip-tie tag.

The sneaker game is diverse with different styles and trends. If you didn’t like any of the sneakers on this list, don’t worry, 2020 is going to have even more sneaker releases. It is also important to know that your local mall has many sneakers with different concepts at very affordable prices. Your style represents who you are, and remember, it is good to be different, but at an affordable cost.
