March 14, the one month anniversary of the tragedy in Parkland, Fla., Oswego High School students walked out of class to memorialize the lives lost in the mass shooting. The event took place during an extended third hour. The walkout walk organized and led by students of the Democracy School Team as a way to honor the incident without making a political statement.
