In this 42Fifty Entertainment podcast, 42Fifty Podcast Editor Ethan Monahan and his co-host Torian Duncombe take you for a ride in their musical time machine to learn about the art of sampling in music, which happens more often than one might realize. Sampling in music is when one artist uses or samples a bit of a song or sound from a piece of music from a past artist or other sound source. Whether it just be a drum beat, lyric, melody, or background vocals, sampling is everywhere.

After what were at first dismissed reports of creepers in downtown Oswego, hundreds of residents began sharing sightings of the green, boxy creatures in various locations throughout Oswego in recent days. "I wasn't sure if it was a publicity stunt to promote the upcoming flop of a film," OH junior Piers Markus said of the not-yet-released Minecraft movie. "But then, when I brought home one of the perfectly cuddly little guys, my mom freaked." Minecraft fans already disappointed with upcoming movie

Since the Minecraft video game was created, fans have been curious as to how big movie studios could adapt the game into a full-length movie. New and old game fans have been excited about the new movie, but big excitement can also lead to big disappointment. As many popular games have recently been fully adapted into movies, Warner Bros. will be the studio to release a live-action version of the beloved game in theaters on April 4.
