Perchance you have noticed an unusual weather pattern here at OH the past few days. It’s been unusually murky, with sad grey clouds everywhere you look. You may think this is a normal phenomenon, but really, this is the signal for the biggest event in our village’s history. If you have no idea what I’m talking about, I'll give you one message. The fog is coming.

The coolest thing to ever happen just occurred at the location, and it couldn’t be more amazing! Our whole community is celebrating this momentous occasion, and we’re glad we can share it with you!  “Wow! I can’t believe that happened!” said an individual.

It is the time of year where the Picklings, the sweet little Pick the Panther spawns, have begun to hatch. They must grow big and strong, so this public service announcement serves to remind us to be accommodating during this beautiful moment in time. Let the Picklings roam the pastures! Let them roam! Let them grow!

Our Pokémon protagonist seems to be a little off this time around. The Pokémon game formula is a tried and true method, and exhibits few variations across generations. Since the very first release of Red and Green in 1996, the gameplay has been about the same: a protagonist at the ripe age of eleven sets off on a grand journey to defeat the gym leaders of the region and become the Pokémon champion. “I have played pretty much every Pokémon game, including spin-offs, and this game is such an amazing deviation from the usual money-hungry formula,” said OH senior Kayden Rudny.

Cartoon: Two steps forward, one step back

Hard to say any of us are particularly happy to be right back where we started the year at. It certainly doesn't feel like St. Patrick's day is tomorrow... Credit: Pierre Vargas, 42Fifty

March sometimes feels like a month of two steps forward and one step back. In this cartoon installment, Art & Graphics Editor Pierre Vargas explores the change of seasons as February's furry groundhog welcomes March's leprechaun into the blizzard conditions still present mid-March. With the snow on the ground as we woke up this morning, OH students are all-too-familiar with the change of weather, several of which are sure to come before we really enter true spring.
