Last Saturday, the Panther Marching Band went to perform at Downer’s Grove South High School’s 15th annual Marching Mustang Music Bowl.
Due to the torrential downpours in the area that weekend, rather than marching on the football field, the bands performed a standstill in the main gym at DGS. Due to their size, the Panthers were in the Class AAA competition and ranked in second place. In the 5 years since they have gone competitive, this is the best that they’ve ever done. We really do have the best band in the land. Good job, Panthers!
