Senior Column: Breaking out of my box
If you had told me a year and a half ago that I would be an avid, obsessive sports viewer, going to an in-state school, and double majoring, I would have thought you were crazy. In my junior year of high school, I had created a very clear-cut path for myself. Go to an out-of-state college. Major in history. Get internships at either the Carnegie or Smithsonian museums. Graduate. Get a job. That was the direction in which my life was flowing.

After some recent events at OH, the athletics program has been put on probation. Because of this probation, all athletes must give up their spaces to the performing arts department. Gyms, locker rooms, and weight rooms will undergo renovations to better accommodate the band, choir, and theater programs.
