Keller’s Farmstand: Fall fun and community connection in Oswego
Kellers Farmstand in Oswego offers many fall festivities for OH students and Oswego residents. The farm stand is a staple among Oswego residents, and many beloved activities are open again for fall. “I see OH students and their families visiting the farm pretty often because there are a lot of people from Oswego who work here,” said OH senior and Keller’s employee Rebecca Dutton. “It’s very family-friendly, [[and]] there’s something for everyone—apples, apple cider donuts, a big play area, pumpkins, and a corn maze,” Dutton added. For Dutton, the best part of working at Keller’s is watching those simple moments of joy unfold.

Breaking News: HoCo Pep Assembly moved due to heat
In an email sent to students and parents/guardians this morning, the OH community learned that "due to the expected heat on Friday afternoon, the Homecoming Pep Assembly at Oswego High School will take place in the morning during periods 2 and 3." The heat, which according to The Weather Channel, is expected to be 90 degrees and sunny skies during the previously-scheduled 1:30 p.m. assembly, was of concern to administration. "I do understand that it was because of the heat or whatever which is good because like then we don't have to be out there [[[in the heat]] and all," said senior Cameron Fichtel. "But I feel like it's going to affect everyone's day having it at the beginning instead of the end.”
