The entertainment awards season is unquestionably one of the most thrilling times of the year. Many people who watch the events love seeing the upsets, the celebrities, the thrills and the chills. Most American award shows do not allow people outside the organization to vote. For example, the Oscars and Grammys are only voted by members of the organizations and must be invited by the memberships to join the voting cast. At least one OH student thinks that should change. “Instead of [[just]] the awards members voting on the categories, they should let us, the people vote on it so we can get our voice and opinions out there,” said OH junior Tessa Ruch.
