“Will you go to the dance with me?” Nowadays this simple question on its own won’t cut it. As homecoming approaches this weekend, OH students have hustled to make the perfect homecoming proposal for their special someone. As the proposal tradition grows, the struggle to create the perfect sign grows with it. Although everyone has different preferences, there are some must haves to every proposal. “I think what makes a good homecoming proposal is when it's…creative and original, and especially if it's… a surprise, like if they don't know it's coming. Also, you should have something on the side, like flowers or candy, not just the poster” said OH junior, Nathan LaFan.
