Oswego Panthers, you have one more chance to make a generous donation before the school year ends, and it involves pie!
As of Monday, April 25, students can donate money to any of the following teachers during their lunch hours: Guido, Dunn, Thomas, Grove, Henricks, Hands, Cook, Piper, Jones, Yandun, Wojtyszyn, Dickson, Ziefert, Daehnke, Wilson, Staffeldt, Leone, Abels, Shuma, Watson, Carlson, Phelps, Sharp, and Baker.
Whichever teacher receives the most donations by May 3, will receive a pie to their face on May 4 and they will also donate their money to their selected charity.
Charities selected are JDRF, March of Dimes, Autism Speaks, and several more! The teachers had a few words to say about the fundraiser.
For example, Dr. Baker explains, “Not only is this for a good cause, but it is a fun way to help raise money as well for people in need.”
Mrs. Wojtyszyn noted, “I do my best to help people out whenever I get the chance, and this is the perfect way to make a difference.”
Get your wallets ready Panthers, because you only have until Thursday, May 3 to make a donation, even just a single dollar can help!
In addition, don’t forget, you just might see one of your favorite teachers get pied.
